‘One Second’ communication

The brief: How do you communicate a series of dry messages in a way that will make the user want to read them?

The answer came in that old saying ‘This will only take a second’. Usually thats a lie, but I thought a piece of communication where it was the literal truth would create intrigue and cut-through.

Using the idea that on film there are 24 frames per second I created 24 pieces of communication and allotted them one frame each. I then worked with a digital partner to create a player where the user could scroll through them.

The budget was tiny so it was a great challenge and allowed me control as copywriter, photographer and editor.
